Founded in 2018 in Pensacola, Florida, our mission has always been simple: help our clients stand out in an increasingly visual world. What began as a premier real estate photography company has grown into a full-service creative production team serving the Gulf Coast and beyond.
Today, Riptide Media produces results-driven media that goes far beyond the listing. Our work powers thousands of real estate listings, vacation rentals, and local businesses with media and social strategies that stand out.

MEET THE TEAM
Alex has been with Riptide Media since 2021, starting as a Creative Specialist and working his way up to Business Manager. Today, he leads our creative team and oversees daily operations, keeping everything running smoothly.
A Pensacola native, you may recognize Alex from his time as Assistant General Manager at Jackson’s Steakhouse, where he grew his love for our community. Around the office, he’s our resident goofball, bringing fun and energy to every project.
Outside of work, Alex can usually be found surfing, fishing, or boating. His better half owns The Hippie’s Greenhouse - an award-winning local favorite voted Best of the Coast two years in a row. And here’s a fun fact: Alex collects vintage Coca-Cola memorabilia.

Jimmy is the heart behind Riptide Media. Originally from Panama City, he served in the Navy before planting roots in Pensacola and building Riptide from the ground up. His vision and leadership have shaped the company into what it is today.
Outside of running the business, Jimmy is a family man - married with two daughters. He’s also a passionate creative, producing music in addition to content, and plays an impressive five instruments. Growing up, he was part of the local music scene and still finds joy in creating whenever he can.
When he’s not working or making music, you’ll find Jimmy cheering on Alabama football or out on the course for his weekly golf league.

Kristen is a Pensacola native whose love for photography started early - with her very first pink Barbie camera. Today, she helps keep Riptide Media running smoothly by coordinating projects and curating content with an eye for detail.
Her background is as diverse as her talents, with experience ranging from State Farm to teaching at Booker T. Washington High School. Kristen also has a big heart for animals - she’s active in rescue and currently spoils four dogs and two cats at home.
When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find Kristen enjoying nature at Coldwater Creek with one of her pups. And here’s a fun local connection: her great-great-grandmother is mentioned in the Fort Pickens Museum!
We’re so thankful for everything Kristen brings to the Riptide Media family - her creativity, dedication, and community spirit make her an essential part of the team.
Chris brings incredible talent and creativity to Riptide Media as our lead photographer. A Gulf Breeze native, Chris grew up in the skate community at a young age, starting out at Big Air Skatepark. That early love for filming skate videos sparked his passion for photo and video, which eventually grew into a career capturing stunning visuals for our clients.
Before joining Riptide Media, Chris spent years traveling the country working the music festival circuit - an experience that sharpened his eye for capturing energy, movement, and storytelling.
When he’s not behind the camera, Chris enjoys traveling, playing disc golf, and being a loving cat and dog dad .
